Reservation Policy

Guests to provide a little about themselves and if relevant the group or family members on booking and their purpose for their visit.

Every person signing this document and/or actually occupying accommodation or utilising other services shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to the customers above names. It is a condition of occupancy that the person signing this document agrees to the Rules of the House. Accommodation is provided in accordance with the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001.

Any damage to property will result in repair or replacement fee being charged to nominated person. If found or reasonably thought to have smoked inside room or building will incur a $300 cleaning fee charged to nominated person. Accommodation and services must be paid in full prior to check-in.

Credit Card transactions incur a surcharge of 1.5% for Master Card & Visa.

The host has the right to accept or decline bookings.

We require a copy of the credit card used for the booking to keep on file for the duration of stay for any additional booking or damage charges.

All planned events must be discussed with host prior to check-in. If found hosting an event or accommodating more then the number of persons paid for, the nominated person will incur a event cleaning fee, additional person costs and will be asked to depart the premise immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modifications are accepted if notified 14 days prior to arrival.

No refund if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date.

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the full booked rate.

Discounts are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in from 2pm and Check-out is at 10am unless you have organised a different time with us.
